Welcome to the new look!

This year has brought challenges and experineces well beyond what I could have imagined. Perhaps the greatest of these challenges has been finding the balance between developing my personal brand and devoting the time, energy, and enthusiasim to my students that they so greatly need and deserve. As a result, I decided to take a step back from my website to focus on the more pressing task of teaching my kids how to be good musicans, great students, and even better people.

This first year of teaching has brought me so much joy, and I would not give up the experiences and lessons I have gained as a result. I’m excited to step into a new period of personal growth and development as I take time this summer to work on my own content and projects, and begin laying the ground work for YEAR TWO! Be on the lookout for more content and more reflection on what has been a crazy fun year! Until then, enjoy some of the new changes that my website has undergone as I’ve worked to bring a more personal feel and flair to the page.
